		<description>Well put! Let&#039;s hope they put a luggage rack on the cars that go to the airport. I have nearly fallen when I have to squeeze between the huge bags of luggage plopped all over the aisles. Plus, I&#039;m all for more cars and expansion along the most traveled routes. However, that&#039;s a practical, common sense solution --- and  when does BART ever do anything practical.</description>
