Is this the sound of San Francisco?
According to Global Deejays it is. Apparently the sound of San Francisco is sort of techno retro pop, while the visuals associated with the city show the influence of Playboy circa 1972.

I agree; totally obnoxious and way too much like my 20-something neighbors who don’t hesitate to “serenade” the neighborhood with their loud rap music at all hours.
